Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping: Every order ships free with tracking to the United States, all EU countries and the other countries available at checkout.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times (after processing): European Union: 5-10 business days. United States: 7-12 business days. Other countries: 8-15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during the holiday season or because of carrier or customs delays.

Christmas orders: To receive your order before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 10 (EU) and December 5 (US).

Lost or late parcels: If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, contact us at strivia.eu@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
