Refund policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned complete, with all stencil cards and in the original packaging.

How to start a return: Email us at strivia.eu@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping is free. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 30 days with a photo if anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

1-Year Warranty: Every Latte Art Camera is covered against manufacturing defects for 1 year from delivery. If it stops working under normal use, contact us and we'll replace it free of charge.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to process it.
